Day 1: ARRIVAL IN COLOMBO

Arrive in Colombo. On arrival check in at the hotel.

Later proceed for city tour of Colombo.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Colombo.

Day 2: COLOMBO / POLONNARUWA / SIGIRIYRA

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Sigiriya. On the way, we will pass by Polonnaruwa, the second capital of Sri Lanka in the 11th and 12th centuries and the Lankatilleke, Thuparama and Gal Vihare. We will also visit the remains of the Royal Palace and Parakrama Samudra, a huge man made water reservoir. On arrival at Sigiriya, check in at the hotel.

Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 3: SIGIRIYA / DAMBULLA / KANDY

After breakfast at the hotel will be followed by a visit to Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Having climbed the rock, you will encounter the remains of the Palace and its surroundings. En route to Kandy, we will visit the Dambulla Rock Cave Temple and a Spice Garden Matale.

On arrival at Kandy, check in at the hotel.

Later in the afternoon, visit to the Temple of the Tooth and a Kandyan cultural dance performance.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Kandy.

Day 4: KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to NuwaraEliya. On the way to NuwaraEliya, we will take the Upper Lake Drive and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya, the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela and a Tea Plantation, to see women plucking the 'Green Gold' tea leaves. On arrival at NuwaraEliya, take a late afternoon tour of Little England.

After dinner, check in at the hotel.

Overnight in NuwaraEliya.

Day 5: NUWARA ELIYA / YALA

After breakfast, drive to Yala. On arrival check in at the hotel.

Later in the afternoon, visitYala National Park or Bundala Wildlife Park. You will see a vast array of animals including deer, peacock, elephant, wild buffalo and the lucky visitors may get to see a leopard or bear.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Yala.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to board your flight to return home with happy memories.
