10 Nights/ 11 Days HOLLAND AND BELGIUM TOUR
Amsterdam/ Hague/ Utrecht/Efteling/ Brussels
Day 1: ARRIVAL
Arrive in Amsterdam. On arrival check in at the hotel and rest for a while. After lunch, spend the afternoon and evening in our favourite spot in Amsterdam, the Dam Square and the Nine Little Streets (de 9 Straatjes). This is a very picturesque part of Amsterdam, a maze of canals, bridges, and row homes. Cafes spill out onto the side streets, the perfect place to grab a drink and discover the best bars, dance clubs, places for live music and more.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 2: AMSTERDAM SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast at the hotel, start your day in Museum Square, with the visit to Rijksmuseumor the Modern Van Gogh Museum. These are Amsterdam’s most popular museums. The Rijksmuseum is enormous. Spend 2 to 3 hours in either of the museum.
In the evening, visit Vondelpark and Bloemenmarkt .Vondelpark is Amsterdam’s green space. Bloemenmarkt, is the only floating flower market in the world. About 15 florist shops sell blooming flowers, bulbs, and souvenirs. In the evening take the famous Amsterdam canal boat tour. After dinner visit and stroll around the famous red light district.
Return to hotel.
Overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 3: AMSTERDAM
Today, you take a full day excursion tourZaanseSchans, Edam, Volendam village and from there take a cruise to Marken.The visit starts in ZaanseSchans, where you will be able to take pictures of typical Dutch windmills. We will drive to the Waterland area, passing through the beautiful villages from this part of the country: Edam, Volendam, and Marken. In Edam, we will walk through historic sites like the square where the famous Cheese Market used to take place. Have lunch in Volendam at one of the local street vendor food stalls or cafes there. Volendam is always buzzling with lot of tourists and the locals are seem trying to charm them with their culture and music. Then in villageVolendamvisit a local cheese producer, where the cheese master will explain how they produce Gouda and Edam cheeses.From Volendam take a cruise to Marken. From Marken drive back to Amsterdam.
Have dinnerand return to hotel.
Overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 4: AMSTERDAM – HAGUE
After breakfast at the hotel, take train to Hague (45 Mins). On arrival check in at the hotel. The Hague is home to the International Criminal Court of Justice and several really cool art museums.
Later proceed for immersive walking tour to learn about the city’s history and see landmarks ranging from the Binnenhof government complex to the Peace Palace and the Noordeinde Palace. Early evening you hit the beach of Hague which is very lively and full of beach shack and restaurants.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Hague.
Day 5: HAGUE
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Madurodam, a family-friendly park with miniature models of Dutch landmarks. After lunch visit Keukenhof, which is one of the largest gardens in the world and is located less than an hour from the city or you can head to trendy Rotterdam, for a quick peak at the port city.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Hague.
Day 6: HAGUE – UTRECHT
After breakfast at the hotel, take a train to Utrecht (37 Min). On arrival check in at the hotel. Utrecht, with its canals and street cafes, looks and feels like a smaller, less crowded version of Amsterdam.
Visit RietveldSchröder House. It is an innovative house that was built in 1924 by Dutch architect Gerrit Rietveld. From the Rietveld Schröder House, we recommend walking to the city center.
After lunch, Spend the afternoon wandering through the city center of Utrecht. Stroll the streets and canals of Utrecht. Oudegracht, the canal that runs through the heart of Utrecht, is a very pretty spot and full of activity. Visit Dom tower. Dom Tower is the tallest belfry in The Netherlands.
After your trip to Dom Tower, spend more time strolling through Utrecht, shopping, or relaxing in the street cafes.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Utrecht.
Day 7: UTRECHT – EFTELING (THEME PARK)
After breakfast at the hotel, take a train to Efteling (1 Hour). Efteling is Holland's greatest theme park, with a fairy tale forest, exciting rides, a hotel and a golf course.On arrival check in at the hotel.
Visit Efteling Theme Park. Efteling is a gem in the world of theme parks. It offers a rare combination of thrills and chills with fantastic theming and short queues.
Return to hotel.
Overnight in Efteling.
Day 8: UTRECHT – BRUSSELS
After breakfast at the hotel, take a train to Brussels (2 Hour 20 Min). On arrival check in at the hotel and rest.
Take a Hop on Hop off city tour. You can get off at famous spots like the European Union building and some heritage buildings for pictures and walking around.
Spend the evening walking through the center of Brussels. The Grand Place is gorgeous at sunset, when the skies grow dim and the lights turn on.
Have early dinner at city centre restaurant. Return to hotel.
Overnight in Brussels.
Day 9: EXPLORE BRUSSELS
After breakfast at the hotel, take a self-guided chocolate tour. The Atomium is Brussels' best-known landmark attraction, and although it's a bit of a journey by tram to get out here. After lunch, visit the Euro Space Center. Euro Space Center is a science museum and educational tourist attraction located in Transinne, Belgium suitable for children of all age. It is devoted to space science and astronautics.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Brussels.
Day 10: DAY TRIP TO BRUGES & GHENT
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for day trip to Bruges and Ghent. Bruges and Ghent are two charming, small towns in Belgium. Stroll through fairytale streets, dine on waffles and chocolate, take in the view from two belfries, go on a canal cruise, and visit an ancient castle.
BRUGES
Climb the belfry, go on a canal cruise, visit Dumon, and visit the colourful, charming side streets in Bruges. Lunch at one of the restaurant on the beautiful Marktsquare.
GHENT
In the early afternoon, take a train to Ghent and spend the rest of the day touring Ghent. Ghent is smaller and the list of sites to see is shorter than Bruges. This is another Belgian town where the streets are lined with beautiful buildings. The views from Gravensteen and the belfry are amazing.
In the evening, take a train ride back to Brussels.
After dinner return to hotel.
Overnight in Brussels.
Day 11: DEPARTURE
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to board your flight to return home with happy memories.
