Day 1 – Arrive Nairobi

Your golf and safari experience begins on arrival in Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will meet your driver and transferred to the newly refurbished Nairobi Serena Hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the world.

Day 2 – Limuru Golf club

Breakfast in the Hotel. Transfer to the Limuru Golf Course is located in the outskirts of Nairobi, a 1 hour drive from the Hotel. Play an 18 hole at the premier golf at country club in Kenya.

Day 4 – Lake Elmenteita

Breakfast in the Hotel. Check out and drive to Soysambu Wildlife conservancy to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp.

Guided Nature/Bird Walk

Experience the true thrill and visual splendor of an authentic African safari, through a guided nature walk by a professional naturalist. The conservancy is abundantly populated by wildlife and every walk offers you the opportunity to see herds of giraffes, zebras, gazelles, warthogs, buffaloes and birds among other attractions.

Horse Riding

Explore the Conservancy on horseback! We offer horse rides to suit all levels ability, from complete beginners to experienced riders. Beginners can enjoy a slow and relaxed ride within the campgrounds, whilst the more experienced riders can venture into conservancy. You will be accompanied by an experienced rider guide.

Other optional activities available include: -

Recurve Target Archery activities, Water Colour painting, Jogging/Walking, Game viewing drives and Swahili lessons among others.

Day 5 – Lake Elmenteita to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Check out and drive to Masai Mara to arrive in time for lunch at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

Perched on the saddle of a hill, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge has one of the most spectacular views imaginable across the vast plains, forests and rivers that make up the Maasai Mara – one of the world’s richest wildlife sanctuaries. It is on this very terrain that the annual migration takes place when millions of zebra, wildebeest and gazelle cross the plains below, on their way to the rich new grasses of the Serengeti. A spectacle that should be witnessed in one’s life time!

Day 6 – Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives in the Reserve at 06:30hrs and 16:00hrs respectively. Certainly the most frequented game reserve in Kenya, Maasai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, and punctuated by marshes and forests. This 650 sq. kilometre reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere considering its size.

Hippo Pool Breakfast

This morning, crown your game viewing experience with a “Bush Breakfast” by the Mara River Hippo Pools! One cannot resist the charming “Jambo” from the chefs and Masai warriors as they welcome you to our wonderfully set breakfast buffet of cold cuts, fruits, cereals and hot dishes with eggs made to your specifications as you wait. The hippos keep you company and only say “Kwaheri” (good bye) after you have had enough.
